Welcome to OLX188. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and OLX188 ("OLX188", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://olx188.asia and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, virtual gaming, and player account services.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on OLX188, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

OLX188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of your obligations.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered member account created by a Player on the OLX188 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by OLX188 to Players subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds into a Player's Account via an approved payment method.

• "Rollover / Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an Account on OLX188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account:

• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, affiliate, or family member of an OLX188 employee in any capacity that may create a conflict of interest.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on OLX188. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, or device is permitted.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, and it is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You are not self-excluded from OLX188 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.

When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

OLX188 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) as part of our compliance and anti-money laundering obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request and may be required at any point during the Account lifecycle at OLX188's sole discretion.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

• A valid Malaysian national identity card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or International Passport;
• Proof of address — a utility bill (e.g., Tenaga Nasional, Syabas) or bank statement from a recognised Malaysian bank (e.g., Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) dated within the preceding three months;

4.2 Accuracy of Information

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms. OLX188 reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all associated transactions, and report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by law.

OLX188 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and Hong Leong Bank Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are accepted via designated wallets as an additional option.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for bank transfers and FPX transactions. For e-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay, the minimum may be as low as RM10, subject to the wallet provider's own limits. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit for standard accounts.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via DuitNow and FPX are typically credited to your Account instantly or within 5 minutes during Malaysian banking hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM MYT). Deposits made outside these hours may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited within 2 hours, please contact our 24/7 Live Chat support with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Player Fund Integrity

Deposited funds belong to you and are held in a segregated account. OLX188 does not use player funds for operational purposes. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time via the Account dashboard, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed in MYR to an approved payment method registered in the Player's name.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Processing Time

OLX188 aims to process and disburse withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. Requests submitted during peak periods or weekends may take up to 2 hours. Unverified accounts or withdrawals pending additional documentation may be subject to extended processing times of up to 3 business days.

6.3 KYC Requirement

All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is approved. Subsequent withdrawals may trigger additional verification at OLX188's discretion, particularly for large or unusual transactions.

6.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. OLX188 reserves the right to require withdrawal via bank transfer (DuitNow) for accounts where the deposit method cannot support outgoing transfers.

6.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

OLX188 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or refuse a withdrawal request if: (a) the Account has not completed KYC verification; (b) a wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been fulfilled; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms; or (d) the Account is under active investigation.

OLX188 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum of 15 times (15x) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated on each promotion page. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, unless a deposit match bonus specifies that rollover applies to the deposit plus bonus combined.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of crediting, typically 7, 14, or 30 days. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in its individual terms.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While an active bonus is applied to your Account, individual bets must not exceed RM50 per spin or bet on slot games, or RM500 per round on live casino table games, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets in excess of these limits during a bonus period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

7.4 Game Contribution

Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino and table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports betting contributions vary by promotion and are stated individually. Some game categories may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.

7.5 One Bonus Per Player

Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Players may not claim the same promotion more than once unless the promotion explicitly states it is recurring. OLX188 reserves the right to revoke any bonus claimed through misrepresentation, multiple accounts, or technical exploitation.

8.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

8.2 Sports Betting

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets and are displayed within each game or market interface. OLX188 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time, including imposing individual account-level limits at its sole discretion.

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or any form of sports corruption;
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or referral programmes through fraudulent means, including creating fictitious referral accounts;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the OLX188 platform or its underlying systems;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal gaming purposes as a registered Player. This licence does not extend to: (a) reproducing, copying, or distributing any platform content; (b) creating derivative works based on OLX188 content; (c) using OLX188 branding for commercial purposes; or (d) reverse-engineering any aspect of the platform's technology.

Any unauthorised use of OLX188's intellectual property may result in legal action without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OLX188, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the OLX188 platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your failure to maintain Account security;
• Technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or platform downtime;
• Inaccuracy of information provided on the platform;
• Decisions made by the Player in relation to betting or gaming activity;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Maybank, or CIMB).

OLX188's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time, subject to the conditions below.

13.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting OLX188 customer support via Live Chat or email. Before processing closure, OLX188 will settle any pending withdrawal requests and remove any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements. Real-money balances will be returned to your designated payment method within 5 business days of the closure request.

13.2 Termination by OLX188

OLX188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account without prior notice in the event of: a material breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; failure to meet eligibility requirements; or regulatory obligations requiring us to restrict access to certain users.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licences granted under these Terms shall immediately cease. Any real-money balance remaining after deduction of amounts owed to OLX188 (including voided bonus amounts) will be returned to the Player, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

OLX188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, OLX188 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via email to registered Players or via a notification displayed on the platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the OLX188 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of OLX188's licensing jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from Malaysia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and OLX188, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through OLX188's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction.

OLX188's records, including transaction logs, game history, and account activity data, shall be the primary evidence in any dispute resolution process, subject to independent technical review where material inaccuracy is demonstrated.
