About OLX188 — Built by Malaysians,
Trusted Across Malaysia
Since 2016, OLX188 has been more than an online gaming platform — we are a community built around trust, fair play, and genuine care for Malaysian players from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu. Here is our story.
The OLX188 Story
OLX188 was founded in 2016 by a team of gaming industry professionals with a shared frustration: Malaysian players were underserved. The existing options were either poorly localised international platforms that didn't support MYR, or platforms with slow payouts, opaque bonus terms, and customer support that felt automated and distant. We knew we could do better.
Starting with a focused sports betting product built around EPL and Liga Super Malaysia — the two competitions Malaysian fans care about most — OLX188 grew quickly through word of mouth. Players in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, and Penang spread the word about a platform that paid out quickly, communicated honestly about bonus terms, and actually had support agents who spoke Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, and English.
By 2019, we had expanded into live casino — bringing in premium providers like Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live — and launched a full slot game library that now exceeds 1,500 titles. Our players across Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, and Ipoh embraced the new offerings, and our daily active user count grew substantially year on year.
"Our founding principle was simple: treat every player the way you'd want to be treated. Transparent terms, fast withdrawals, and support that actually listens. Eight years later, that principle still runs through everything we do at OLX188."
— OLX188 Founding TeamToday, OLX188 serves over 850,000 registered members across peninsular and east Malaysia. We process an average of RM 4.2 million in daily payouts through DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and all major Malaysian banking channels. Our platform runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with round-the-clock support available in three languages.
We are not the biggest gaming brand in the world — we have no interest in being that. What we are is Malaysia's most trusted, with a player retention rate and satisfaction score that reflects genuine long-term relationships rather than short-term acquisition. Every product update, every new payment integration, every bonus we design is done with one question in mind: is this genuinely good for our Malaysian players?

Our Mission & Core Values
OLX188's mission is to provide Malaysian players with the most trustworthy, enjoyable, and locally relevant online gaming experience available. Every decision — from product to payments to policy — flows from four core values.
Trust & Transparency
No hidden terms, no confusing bonus conditions, no fine print designed to trip players up. We write our T&Cs in plain English and we mean what we say. Every payout is processed exactly as stated, every time.
Player-First Culture
Malaysian players are not an afterthought — they are the entire reason we exist. Every feature we ship, every promotion we design, and every support protocol we run is built around what our players actually need.
Fair Play Commitment
All our casino games use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP rates are accurate and verified. We do not manipulate odds, outcomes, or withdrawal timelines.
Responsible Gaming
We enforce 21+ age verification, provide deposit and session limit tools, and maintain a zero-tolerance stance on problem gambling. Player wellbeing comes before revenue — always. For help: Talian Kasih 15999.
Why OLX188 Is Different
There are dozens of online gaming platforms accessible to Malaysian players. Here is what genuinely separates OLX188 from the alternatives — not marketing language, but actual platform decisions that affect your daily experience.
OLX188 is one of the very few Malaysian-focused platforms to support every major local payment method — from e-wallets to interbank FPX transfers — with zero currency conversion fees. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) from start to finish.
Withdrawals in Under 30 Minutes
Most MYR withdrawal requests are processed and arrived in your bank or e-wallet within 15–30 minutes during standard hours. Verified accounts get priority processing even during weekends and public holidays.
Three-Language Support — No Bots
Live chat agents fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin are available 24 hours a day. Average response time via live chat is 3–5 minutes. No automated chatbots as first-line support — real people, real answers.
Honest RTP — Publicly Stated
Every slot and table game on OLX188 has its Return to Player (RTP) percentage stated clearly on the game info panel. We do not alter RTP settings. All games are certified by independent auditing laboratories.
Malaysia-Centric Sports Coverage
Beyond EPL and Champions League, OLX188 covers Liga Super Malaysia, Piala FA, Piala Malaysia, and domestic league matches that most international platforms ignore. Asian Handicap and over/under markets available on all major matchdays.
Six Promises We Make to Every Player
Fast, Hassle-Free Payouts
We will never invent reasons to delay your withdrawal. If your account is verified and the request is legitimate, your funds move fast — within 30 minutes for most MYR transactions.
Transparent Bonus Terms
Every promotion on OLX188 has its wagering requirements, expiry date, and maximum cash-out clearly stated upfront. No surprises, no buried conditions designed to void your winnings.
Secure, Encrypted Platform
All account data, transaction information, and personal details are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Your financial and identity data is never sold to third parties under any circumstances.
Genuine Responsible Gaming Tools
Deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and full self-exclusion are available to every player — easily accessible in account settings, no questions asked, no delay in activation.
Locally Relevant Experience
MYR currency throughout, all nine major Malaysian payment methods supported, Malaysian sports markets prioritised, and support in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin — every day, all day.
Long-Term Player Relationships
We invest in players who stay with us. Birthday bonuses, tier-based rewards, dedicated VIP managers, and a referral programme that pays lifetime rewards — not just a one-time welcome bonus.
Playing Responsibly Is Part of Who We Are
OLX188 enforces strict 21+ age verification for all accounts. We provide deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion tools accessible directly from your account settings. Gambling is entertainment — it should never be a coping mechanism or a financial solution. If you or someone you know needs support, please reach out to Talian Kasih (15999) or visit your nearest counselling centre. Our platform support team can also help you activate any responsible gaming tool without judgment.
A Team That Genuinely Cares
Behind OLX188 is a team of over 200 professionals spanning product, technology, payments, compliance, and customer support. A significant portion of our team are Malaysian — people who understand the market, the culture, and the expectations of Malaysian players because they are Malaysian players themselves.
Our customer support team in particular reflects Malaysia's multicultural makeup. English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin are all handled by native or near-native speakers — not translated scripts. This matters because a Penang player asking about a DuitNow transfer issue in Mandarin deserves the same quality of response as a Kuala Lumpur player asking in English about withdrawal limits.
Our technology team maintains the platform around the clock, ensuring uptime during high-traffic events like EPL matchdays, Liga Super Malaysia finals, and major UFC pay-per-view nights. Platform stability is not negotiable — when you're in the middle of a live bet, you can't afford a timeout.
Compliance & Fair Play
Our compliance team monitors all gaming activity to ensure fairness and prevent fraud. Game outcomes are certified by independent third-party auditors, and all RTP figures are accurate and up to date.
Technology Infrastructure
OLX188 runs on cloud infrastructure with redundant failover systems. Our platform can handle peak traffic during major sporting events without performance degradation — something we have tested and proven across multiple EPL seasons.
Data Security
Player data is stored in encrypted databases with strict access controls. We conduct regular security audits and penetration tests to ensure that your personal and financial information remains protected at all times.
